Label use rates on industrial oxidisers such as peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide require
extremely low levels of dilution. Historically, attempting to manually calculate dilution at these
low levels results in numerous mistakes.

million dilution without any manual handling of dangerous or caustic concentrated compounds.

Teat spray, emollient and water are pumped automatically directly from stored containers into the Flowcoach Mixer through three individual self priming pumps.
The pumps are programmed to precisely
inject exactly the right amount of water, teat spray, and emollient into a mix manifold before passing into
a storage tank.
• Level Sensor controls are activated as teat spray is consumed to start/stop teat spray mixing continuously.
• Drum level monitoring alerts users to replace teat spray and emollient before drums are empty.
• Users can adjust the mix to suit changes in seasonal conditions at a moment’s notice.
